You can book directly through our website by clicking "Book Now" on any tour, or you can contact us via WhatsApp or email. We recommend booking in advance, especially during high season, to secure your spot.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a fee. Please see our full Cancellation Policy page for details.
Yes! We offer convenient pickups from most hotels in the Puerto Plata area, as well as from the Amber Cove and Taino Bay cruise terminals. Your specific pickup time and location will be confirmed upon booking.
Many of our tours can run safely in light rain. In case of extreme weather that affects safety, we will contact you to either reschedule your tour for another day at no extra cost or provide a full refund. Your safety is our top priority.
Many of our tours are family-friendly! Each tour page specifies age or physical restrictions. Tours like the Monkey Jungle and city tours are great for all ages, while adventure tours like Damajagua Waterfalls may have age limits.
We accept secure online payments via our website and can also arrange for cash payments upon arrival. We require a deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due on the day of the tour.
